Teeth update, Bottom set

Hi all, Just a quick update on the teeth. These wouldn't usually take this long but seen as I have my day job I tend to just work on these on the odd evening. Anyway, so as you can see I have mounted the top set of teeth onto a dental Articulator and begun to sculpt the bottom set. The reason for the articulator is to ensure the teeth line up correctly. I know the mouth on this project will be wide open so making the teeth line up isn't necessary but the devil is in the detail so they say.

Top teeth (update)

So after doing a quick mould of the top set of teeth out of platsil gel 10 I did a quick cast of them using Huntsman FC53 polyurethane resin. The cast will in turn be attached to a dental articulator so I can sculpt the bottom set properly so that they line up with the top set.

Fever Imp

Ok guys and gals I've decided to create something brand new for this years London IMATS museum rather than just bringing the same old shit! For this piece I'll be building a 1:1 scale bust of an original creature.

The creature will be a Fever Imp, a nasty little creature that likes nothing more than to magically enter your body when your tired and mess around with your immune system giving you a horrible fever!!

Any how to start things off here are a couple of shots of the teeth I have started to sculpt for the project. These photos where taken after an hours worth of sculpting. I'm using monster clay (and loving it) for the teeth. They will eventually be made from dental acrylic.

More photos to come soon:
